For my money, this scene from David Lynch's Lost Highway is as unnerving as they come. Perfectly creepy make-up, excellent use of sound, and the fact that it's Robert Blake only adds to the weirdness...

Have you seen Inland Empire yet? Is it a complete waste of time?
Inland Empire is awesome in its own weird way. I don't pretend that I understand it by any means, but it's definitely as hypnotic and creepy as the best lynch films.
